Home School Programming

Connect, learn, and engage with the natural world through our monthly home school programs

Join us this year for an exciting new program series aimed at homeschooling families and groups. Our Home School program series is designed for children in grades k-12.

The last Monday of each month (December and May dates are shifted to accommodate holiday schedules!) for a hands-on nature learning experience that incorporates science, math, language arts, history, and active learning. Activities will be developmentally appropriate for a wide range of students and each month's theme ties to the natural world on the Coast. We'll use Center equipment to conduct experiments, gather data, analyze our results, make inferences, and more.

Each program runs from 9-1 with time for lunch. Cost per child per program is $8. Pre-registration is extremely helpful for planning purposes. For registration or for more information, please contact us at 228.475.0825 or eparker@audubon.org
